I got the response I expected from the 圆4 knowing i only have a 32-bit system but when I tried the x86.exe file it asked for a disk! I can't even install it manually! It says "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM I saw suggestions to download and install both vcredist_圆4.exe and vcredist_x86.exe and I keep getting KB2538242 again and again! Both from windows update and from the website! And I went to ildjarn's link and it redirects to the same
Same problem here! I have Windows xp SP3 on 32-bit (x86 i guess) 800mhz cpu and 512mb ram.
